If the ink capacity of the ink cartridge is used up, serial number will finished detect,the chip will be locked,the ink cartridge can no longer detect the chip and print,so before filling ink make sure there is some ink left in the cartridge. 3.After refill ink, install the ink cartridge, ink capacity of the cartridge cannot be reset,printer will prompt low ink level warning,but the ink capacity in the cartridge is sufficient, do not affect the normal printing.
